Adam Sandler Movies-Best to Worst-With Inflated Box Office Results/Grosses.
82Adam Sandler and Adam Sandler in Jack and Jill...despite some horrible reviews(it won 10 Razzies) the movie earned over 74 million.
When I first started writing on HubPages my Adam Sandler hub was an experiment. I was trying to figure out how to get traffic to my hubs. One of the ideas I came up with, was to write a hub on an upcoming movie. My logic was.... be one of the first people to write about the movie and it would be ranked higher on Google searches. I checked the upcoming movie release schedule and saw Adam Sandler's Just Go With It was opening in two weeks. So I got all the box office information from Sandler's previous 23 movies and grouped all of the comedies together. Next I took the average results of his comedies and came up with a fearless prediction for how it would perform. Since Just Go With It, Sandler has had another movie open, Jack and Jill. I did the projections for that movie as well....both projections and actual numbers are located at the bottom of the hub.
The rest of the hub shows Adam Sandler's Top Ten box office results, Adam Sandler's Top Ten movies according to critics and audiences and all 25 Adam Sandler movies ranked from Best to Worst.

So what the heck are Movie Scores?
There are all kinds of ways to determine if you want to see or skip a movie. You can depend on your favorite critic. My favorites are Roger Ebert and Leonard Maltin. You might go to Rotten Tomatoes to get the consensus of all the critics. You might watch the viewer ratings at Yahoo Movies and IMDB. You might depend on which movies are doing the best at the box office. You might wait for the end of the year awards. Movie Score takes all of these options and creates a mathematical equation that generates a score from 1 to 100. The higher the score the better the movie. .

Sandler has a big long list for 100mil at the box office.
Mixed Nuts should be at the bottom of all the lists....Steve Martin is not funny
You are not giving the SANDMAN enough credit....the movie will do better than you are thinking
Brilliant, I like the table with the statistics from films Sandler has starred in.
Dude, a prediction that critics will hate an Adam Sandler is not too hard to do....lol.
I bet it will still make lots of money
My friend saw it this morning...says it has some funny moments
I just saw the movie....theater was half full...which is how I would describe the movie...not Sandler's best movie not his worse movie
this movie was pretty bad....
It looks Beiber is going to take down Adam....who would have thought....bad prediction on your part
Just saw the movie yesterday. It was Brooklyn Decker's swimsuit walk that triggered the memory what the movie was about. In fact, I didn't even know the name until I got there. I was disappointed that Rob Schneider didn't make a guest appearance with "You can Do it!" I'm a big Adam Sandler fan. Movie was good and recommended. Thanks for the hub article.
Good review, I enjoyed the lack of Rob Schneider, but then again I'm not a big Sandler fan to begin with :p
@Luckycharmz:
The Brooklyn Decker swimsuit walk triggered many things im sure lol
Excelsior! Great job Cogerson on another well constructed hub!
Yes, another great hub here too! I am a big fan of Adam Sandler too just so funny!
I hated Billy Madison. I never figured out if billy was suppost to be retarded, drunk, drugged up or just stupid. It was so bad it made pauly shore look like sir laurence oliver.
Then adams next movie was better. Happy Gilmore. Not really a golf fan and he still was kinda dumb and swore too much but a better movie.
Then Wedding singer, I thought it was fabulous. A movie with heart, Then out of nowhere, Little Nicky!
Where did that peice of, er drival come from?
As an actor he's been hit and miss every since.
I can't stand Adam Sandler. I just have a negative reaction every time I see him. I've only seen him in a 4 movies I could tolerate: Spanglish, Bedtime Stories, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, and 50 First Dates, and even then, I would've been happier if someone else had had the lead (like Stanley Tucci! ;)
Thumbs up for the Wedding Singer due to Drew Barrymore. That's it for Adam and I. My kids think he's funny but then again they also think The Office and The Community TV shows are funny and they think I'm not. Says a lot for their taste. Well done with the hub cogerson!!!
Great hub! Adam Sandler is by far one of my favorite actors!
Well we shall see how your prediction looks this time. I was looking at some of the first comments, pretty funny. I did not know that Funny People was your favorite Sandler movie. It is kind of depressing.
Well, Funny People = Not that funny. And yes I realize that some kids who like his first movies have kids now, and made the parents of those kids, GRANDPARENTS.
I am not saying that Funny People was not a good film, I am just saying it wasnt that funny, so they probably shouldnt have called it Funny People, because they were not funny people. Although a few scenes were pretty funny, overall though not high on my list. I am getting her going on Sandler even though it is movies like Bedtime Stories. I am slowly molding her into a well rounded movie gower, we watched Terminator 2 just the other day. When she is old enogh to comprehend who Kyle Reese and his importance I will sit her down to watch the first one.
Looking forward to watching jack and Jill. That should be a fun movie!
As always great information. We aren't theater goers so I'll have to wait for it to be on HBO. Some of Sandler's movies are good, others kind of stupid IMHO. Voted your hub up.
Interesting hub! Adam Sandler is one of my favourite actors.
